Born in Marseille in 1986, Romuald Andrade is a writer-director. After ten years of filmmaking workshops with young people in Vitrolles and assisting on short films, he was selected for the CNC Talents en court initiative with Trace ta route (Films de Force Majeure), broadcast on France 2. A CinéTalents 2020 laureate, he made Enclos (Entourage Films, France 3) and then co-directed Le Jour de gloire (France 2). He is developing the feature 1998 (supported by the CNC, Région Sud, MEDIA; Alpi Film Lab 2022) and co-founded Entourage Films in 2023. He is currently preparing his feature Black Santa.
