Born in 1985 in Walenstadt, at the foot of the Churfirsten mountains, he is the son of Italian immigrants in Switzerland. He has an interest in cinema and nature, and works as an environmental guide, fiction screenwriter and documentary writer. Among his documentary credits, he wrote *Because of My Body* (2020) by F. Cannavà, exploring emotional and sexual assistance for people with disabilities, and *The Rossellinis* (2020) by Alessandro Rossellini, nominated at the David di Donatello Awards for Best Italian Documentary. *Roberto Rossellini. Più di una vita* is his first film as co-director, presented in world premiere in competition at the Rome Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award. He lives in the countryside near Rome, with his two cats.
